Daniel Schreiber founded PROGRESSYV in 2023. He previously worked in senior roles at the leading global M&A boutiques Houlihan Lokey and GCA Altium, where he successfully advised founders, Private Equity investors as well as domestic and international companies across various industries. Before, he worked in the M&A department of TX Group (formerly Tamedia), a leading public-listed Swiss media house. Daniel Schreiber holds a Master Degree in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University Erlangen-Nürnberg

Leander Mühlberger joined PROGRESSYV in 2024. He previously worked at the leading global M&A boutique Houlihan Lokey with a focus on healthcare and consumer transactions. Before, he worked in various positions at Credit Suisse. Leander Mühlberger holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen

Tomi Viiala joined PROGRESSYV in 2025. He is the former Co-CEO of Stromer, a global leader in premium e-bikes, where he played a key role in scaling the company internationally and significantly increasing its revenue. Prior to Stromer, Tomi held senior leadership roles at companies such as ODLO, AMER Sports Group, and ALBIRO. Tomi is a former professional athlete and an alumnus of Stanford University, London Business School, and the University of Rochester
